About CFUG
Central Florida UroGynecology provides comprehensive care to women in an all-female treatment staff environment. We focus on women with urinary, fecal, or gynecological issues. These issues encompass conditions such as urinary urgency, frequency, incontinence, fecal incontinence, and various forms of vaginal prolapse.
It could indicate a prolapse if you notice or sense anything descending from your vaginal area. Depending on which part of your anatomy is affected, you may have been diagnosed with a urethrocele, cystocele, enterocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse, or cuff prolapse. Combinations of these prolapses are pretty standard.
Additionally, we offer Cosmetic Gynecology procedures at our clinic. Many women who have experienced multiple vaginal births may feel that their vaginal muscles have become less taut and seek vaginal tightening procedures. Furthermore, some women may be bothered by enlarged labia or find them aesthetically unsatisfying, especially in the context of increased physical activity.
At Central Florida UroGynecology, we offer a range of treatment options, from conservative approaches to cutting-edge technologies tailored to your specific needs. Dr. Sprock is highly skilled in both vaginal and laparoscopic surgeries.
Dr. Sprock has played a pivotal role in developing various grafts for surgical prolapse repair and slings for addressing incontinence. Over the years, many physicians have sought her guidance through courses to enhance their understanding of diagnosing and treating urogynecological issues.
